What is Fusion Club?

Fusion Club is a streamlined sports club management platform and student web portal with a Content Management System (CMS), designed for both for university administrators and students across North America

For University Administrators

It simplifies tasks such as transaction tracking, communication with members, financial management, medical clearance, & club registrations.

Goal: to centralize management, reduce paperwork, and enhance efficiency.

For Students

Facilitates easy communication with administrators & officers, online club registration, club discovery, application tracking, & provides notification updates.

Goal: is to promote student wellness and motivation to join sports clubs.

Research process

I helped lead the entire product lifecycle, from research & problem identification to post-launch validation.

Competitive Analysis

Existing solutions lack specialization for universities or sports,

Incorporate centralized systems for communication, registration, sign-ups, & the pivotal shift towards a fully paperless environment.

User Journeys

Mapping current user journeys for both students & administrators served as a crucial tool, enabling us to empathize with their experiences, identify existing pain points, & anticipate potential challenges.

User Interviews

Conducting user interviews for students & administrators across all facets of Fusion Club—registration, travel requests, financials. Using affinity mapping, we identified points & user needs within each functional area.

User Flows

Crafted user flows for registration, onboarding, travel requests, & financial processes, providing a visual representation of user interactions & highlighting potential pain points, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of the user journey.
